Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
About Wrath
Wrath is an independently operated Discord bot and dashboard for server management, moderation, community features and optional recovery. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. These terms apply when you use the bot or dashboard.
Who may use the service
You must meet Discord’s minimum age and any higher minimum age applicable where you live. Follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer policies and applicable law. Only configure a server or act through the dashboard when you have the required permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wrath for harassment, spam, scams, unlawful content, unauthorised access, privacy violations or bypassing Discord permissions. Do not misuse moderation, direct messages, backups or recovery. You are responsible for commands, messages, uploads and configuration you submit.
Permissions and administrator actions
Server administrators choose enabled features and the permissions granted to the bot. Actions such as deleting channels, changing roles, banning members or restoring a backup can have lasting effects. Review commands and settings before using them. A backup does not guarantee recovery of an entire server, message history or all members.
Member recovery is optional
Recovery requires separate Discord OAuth consent. Authorisation permits the bot to add the consenting account to a replacement server through the configured recovery workflow; it does not grant access to your Discord password. Server owners may see which members authorised recovery. You can revoke this permission in Discord’s Authorised Apps settings and use the bot’s ,mb revoke command.
Content and external services
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You permit the processing and transmission necessary to carry out the features you request. Discord, hosting services and optional integrations operate under their own terms. Only submit content you are permitted to use.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or stop working, including when Discord changes its platform. Continuous uptime, error-free operation and successful backup restoration are not guaranteed. Access may be restricted to prevent abuse or protect the service. You may stop using Wrath, revoke authorisations or remove the bot at any time.
Responsibility and your rights
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee that it will meet every requirement or accept responsibility for losses caused by outages, third-party services or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, updates and contact
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Revised terms will be published here with an updated date. For service questions or disputes, contact the bot owner on Discord. Material changes should be reviewed before continuing to use the affected features.
